Writing as a Healing Practice: Fridays 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
This gentle, supportive, nature-based healing circle fosters self-awareness and personal growth. The group is led by Susan Hagen, a lifelong writer, wilderness rites-of-passage guide, and co-author of “Women at Ground Zero: Stories of Courage and Compassion.” Each session includes meditation, a teaching around the Medicine Wheel, and a short writing practice to help access the deeper inner life. This heart-opening, life-affirming program welcomes anyone over age 18. Drop in as often as you like. No reservations needed, no writing experience necessary.
